STUDIO POLICY
Dress Code: Dancers must have their hair pulled back away from their face. Any comfortable clothes ( like you would go to gym) are allowed in the class. Footwear: Absolutely “No Street Shoes” policy to protect the specialty dance flooring. You are welcome to dance with barefoot, or jazz / ballet shoes.
Enrollment : IT is completed online. Clients will login to create their own account and will be required to provide credit card information to keep on file for your selected payment plan. Tuition, as well as any outstanding balance, will be withdrawn from your card on file automatically. ALL class placements are solely at the discretion of the Instructor and/or Studio Director
Parent Viewing: You may watch your dancers but we ask that you do not try to engage with them i.e. knocking on the windows, waving, talking through the glass. This is to eliminate any distractions for the dancers and help them to truly focus on their instructor and themselves. Occasionally the instructor will invite parents in at the end of class to show what the dancers are currently working on and to make any relevant announcements.
Drop Off and Pick Up: Dancers should arrive ready for class, dressed appropriately. If you are dropping your child off, please make sure they have safely entered the building before you leave. Please do not leave young children or siblings at the studio unattended.
Food and Drink: No chewing gum during class. Food and drinks are not allowed in the studios. Only water will be allowed (and encouraged!). It is the responsibility of all dancers to pick up after themselves and dispose of their food/trash to keep our common areas clean.
Cell Phones: All dancer cell phones must be on silent and stored away inside their bags. Cell phone use is not allowed during class. If you want to film, please check with your instructor first.
Only the edited songs will be uploaded on the portal for the students to practice.
Bollywood Rhythms has the right to refuse services to anyone.

Holidays
The studio will be closed on all the public holidays like Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day and New Year.
Cancellations
Should a class need to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a cancellation notice will be placed on the studio answering machine and/or Bollywood Rhythms Facebook page. A makeup class will be offered. No credits will be given.
Tuition
Tuition will be paid monthly
Tuition is due the first week of classes for every month
Tuition is non-refundable, nor transferable.
No Sibling Discounts are offered.
All the extra classes will be charged $10.00 – if not mentioned by the instructor.
Monthly tuition prices are for group lessons based on having 4 classes a month, in the event there are 5 weeks in a month your instructor will notify you about the closure.
All families are required to have a credit card on file at the studio.If your credit card is declined for any reason, we must receive an updated credit card within 48 hours or a $10 late fee will be added to your account and your dancer may be unable to continue participating in classes.
Cash will be accepted in the first class monthly.
We offer online bill pay for all of our families. All families have access to their own “Parent Portal” where you can pay, update your account.
Discontinuing Students
Students on AutoPay: A two week’s written notice on by email to info@bollywoodrhythms.com is required for students who wish to discontinue dance lessons.
